Company Description
Seeking a Manager, Customer Relationship Management for Japan to
design and implement attractive eCRM programs
Responsibilities
-Lead the process for determining criteria, vendor selection and implementation of CRM
systems
-Develop a segmentation model that will enable effective marketing strategies across
multiple business units and determine an onsite and email based contact strategy
-Develop data models across multiple variables to drive revenue and profitability
-Determine business KPI and build programs to ensure delivery of plan numbers
-Create models for key areas of attention-life time value, churn, retention,
loyalty, advocacy, satisfaction, etc.
Requirements
-5+ years of Strategic CRM experience
-E-commerce - Online Marketing experience a must with a multi unit retailer
-Experience with sophisticated CRM technology solutions
-Strong analytical skills, modeling, forecasting, budgeting
-Database management experience
Preferred Experience
Digital analytics.
