Responsibilities
*Provide in depth analysis of a company's debt obligations.
*Determine appropriate corporate structure and capital structure.
*Analyze financial data on assigned industry sectors and companies.
*Work with the Sales and News team to promote how the Capital Structure functionality helps to analyze the bond, loans and financial database available in the company.
Requirements
*Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance and/or equivalent work experience
*Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
*Fluency in English and Japanese
Preferred Experience
*CFA and/or MBA designation preferred
*Minimum of five years of experience working as a Credit Analyst in a Bank and/ or Investment Research firm required
