Company Description
A hospitality chain in Tokyo is seeking an experienced director to fully oversee a massive renovations project to one of its hotels here in Japan.
Responsibilities
Handling refurbishments to a major hotel and others in the chain
-Preparations of projects and designs
-presentations to senior management in the region
-Design review
-Other development opportunities in the region.
Requirements
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Good leadership and attention to fine details.
-Ability to travel around the region
-Good interactive and problem solving skills.
-Must be fully bilingual in English and Japanese.
-Bachelor degree
-Architecture and design background
-Management in design in the hospitality industry in Asia Pacific.
-5 year of experience with management or project management skills.
