Responsibilities
* Supervise / exercise day-to- day claims file control and claims case management and negotiation/settlement/approval for all lines of business (except IIP)
* Build relationships and work with external experts.
* Provide claims inputs to the underwriting process, assist in drafting and improvising policy wordings and contract conditions on request
* Staff training
Requirements
* 6+ years experience in claims management
Preferred Experience
* People Management experience
* Familiar with non-life business in Japan is preferred
