A. It takes a certain amount of time and money for any company to hire an appropriate person without using a recruitment firm. Q6. Tell me about your types of contract

A. Wall Street Associates offers our clients the option of two services.

The Contingency Service is the most popular contract as fees for contingency assignments are only requested upon the successful placement of a candidate. The Retained Search Service is suited to clients who have special needs and are looking for an extra high level of personal service and thoroughness in their search. We are happy to offer a full consultation and provide a detailed proposal document based upon your agreed search criteria.

Q7. What happens if a candidate resigns after joining the client company?

A. We strive to create a win-win situation for both the client and the candidate. However, in some cases, for a variety of reasons the match is not successful. If a candidate leaves within an agreed guarantee period of his or her own accord, we will do our best to replace that candidate with a new candidate at no additional cost. If this is not possible we will offer a variable refund of the recruiting fee.
