Responsibilities
**HR and GA Team Assistant**
This position will report to the HR Director, the HR & GA Team in Wall Street Associate’s Ginza Office. The Team Assistant position will be available on a temporary/ part time contract base of between 20 - 25 hours per week at 1700/ 2000 yen per hour.
This position has a starting schedule of June 2008.
**As a member of the HR & GA Team your position will consist of:**
**Day to day administrative support for the HR & GA Team in Tokyo including:
*HR related assistance: the booking of staff business trips, assistance in organizing company events, editing and administration of the HR team intranet, and assistance in the internal hiring process.
*GA related assistance: assistance in the management of the Office/ building, preparation of orientation materials for new staff, staff orientation day, and other general affairs related tasks.
Requirements
**We are looking for someone who:**
*Has a minimum of 2 years administration experience
*Has a working knowledge of word and excel
*Has native level Japanese language ability, and daily conversational English ability
*Is confident in their time management and multi tasking abilities
*Has an internal customer focus and service oriented working style

Work Hours:
*Flexible/ part time - between 20 - 25 hours per week
Hourly Rate:
*1700 - 2000 yen per hour
