**Candidate Coordinator**

Wall Street Associates are looking for ambitious and resourceful people to become Candidate Coordinators for our Teams for 2008. **This job Involves:**

The provision of coordination and support to the Consulting Team in the following ways:
•Sourcing, searching, screening and scouting potential candidates, from internet, web-based job sites, and networking events.
•Touching base with candidates and clients by telephone and email
•Managing and administering candidate and client information in order to keep record up to date and accurate
•Researching, searching and contacting potential clients from the internet, and job sites

•Comprehensive initial, and on going training (both on the job with experienced Consultants and in training sessions with our Training Manager)

Requirements

**We are looking for a person who:**

• Has a positive outgoing and genuine personality. You MUST enjoy working with people and helping them
• Has experienced both living and working in Japan for at least two years, and currently resides in Japan
• Has business level English and business level Japanese
• Has a knowledge of or experience in the specialized industries
• Is proactive and good at multi tasking
