Responsibilities

This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills as an integral member of a highly experienced team. This enterprise-scale CRM project includes integration with Exchange, Active Directory and external data stores via RESTful APIs. You will employ best practices in an open-minded, innovative environment, taking full advantage of the.NET 2.0 framework.

The successful candidate will work with a small team developing and maintaining a CRM application tailored to the needs of permanent, temporary and franchised recruitment business units.

You must have a strong understanding of web systems design, be a natural problem solver and be passionate about applying web technologies to solve business problems.

Responsibilities:
・Translating feature requirements into implementation plans in collaboration with team members and users
・Front-to-back coding of application features
・Applying Web 2.0 principles and .NET best practice throughout
・Testing and QA

Requirements

**Knowledge & Skills Required:**
・C# ASP.NET, CSS, JavaScript, HTML, MS-SQL 2000 / 2005
・Visual Studio 2003 / 2005
・4+ years’ development experience in a formal development environment
・Experience developing large, database-driven web applications
*Level 3kyu JPLT or above Japanese Level

**Preferred Skills:**
・Ajax, ASP.NET AJAX, DHTML, XML, RESTful web services
・JavaScript code libraries (e.g. Prototype, Script.aculo.us, Mootools, etc.)
・Experience implementing proprietary .NET controls (e.g. Telerik, Web.UI, etc.)
・Experience integrating with Exchange server
・Knowledge of agile development methodologies
・Japanese JPLT Level 2 or higher
