Our Hiring Process

After reviewing your resume, our HR department will be in touch to set up a phone interview with you. The phone interview questions will cover your career interests and other background information.

To enable us to interview you in an efficient and effective way, you will be asked to fill out a Top Grading Application Form. By filling out this form, you have an opportunity to demonstrate how your career goals are aligned with the job you are applying for.

Our HR department will schedule a face to face interview for you to meet with the hiring manager. As well as discussing your Top Grading Application answers, you will be asked specific and targeted questions as part of the Top Grading hiring process. There are usually up to 2-3 interviews depending on the team and position being applied for.

A Half Day is a unique process that WSA conducts as one of our key hiring steps. It is an opportunity for you to visit our offices for half a day and speak with current employees. These employees may be your future colleagues and therefore it is important you spend quality time getting to know them and the WSA company culture.

Once an offer is made, a starting day will be agreed based upon your availability and the needs of the division and position. For example, if you are hired as a consultant, you may be asked to join at a scheduled intake period, ensuring you will be provided with in-depth training as part of the intake group.
