Wall Street Associates Appoints New Chairman and President
Wall Street Associates (headquartered in Ginza, Chuo-ku,　Tokyo) announces that Nick Johnston, who has been the President & CEO of Wall Street Associates since its inception in 1997, has been appointed Chairman of the Board. His successor as President & CEO is Jon Sparks, formerly a Director & COO of the company. Both appointments take affect on February 1, 2008.

Jon joined Wall Street Associates as an external director in late-2005 becoming a fulltime Director & COO a year later. Together with Nick, Jon has grown Wall Street Associates’ revenues by over 220% and has company operations to span the Japanese market. Today Wall Street Associates is the largest independent recruiting and staffing company in its markets employing over 120 fulltime professionals in four offices across Japan.
