Wall Street Associates' Paul Dupuis Speaks to Osaka Business Leaders
March 16th, 2007 - More than 60 representatives of major foreign owned and Japanese companies, from Tokyo and Kansai, participated in a discussion held at Mayor Seki's mansion house on business development projects in the Kansai region. Paul Dupuis, Director of West Japan from Wall Street Associates, was a guest-speaker delivering a speech on human capital management & advising executives on how to recruit "Great People" in this region. The topics which he covered included labour and business market trends, authentic candidate profiles in high demand, and tips on entering the Kansai market and hiring.
The ongoing demand for great talent is a subject of considerable interest for all companies, and the discussion created great enthusiasm in the room. Mayor Seki and the other representatives personally thanked the Wall Street Associates staff members who attended this event for their efforts to promote business investment in Osaka.
