On March 2, 2006, the City of Osaka and IBPC Osaka co-hosted a seminar
"Why Osaka?" to put the spotlight on Osaka City's broad appeal as an ideal
investment destination. Paul Dupuis, our Director of West Japan had
given a presentation about great hidden talents in Osaka. (His article is
