The Yokohama Office of Wall Street Associates opened nearly 2 years. Since then, we have been successfully strengthening our local presence in this area.

Our Consultants

As a team, we bring to our clients and candidates a solid understanding of the unique business environment in Kanagawa, in addition sophisticated market knowledge and extensive networks.
Our staff represent one-third Japanese and two-thirds foreign. Our foreign staff have many years experience living and working in Japan. All of our staff are bilingual in Japanese and English.

Time is something that you cannot get back. Hundreds of thousands of people make the crowded train ride into Tokyo every day, bypassing some great companies that are looking for skilled employees for their developing companies.
Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, IT and Automotive companies are flourishing in the area and with the help of the Yokohama Government, more people are choosing Yokohama as the place to establish their company or are relocating from Tokyo and Osaka.
One of our more recent candidates used to travel more than 2 hours to work in Tokyo from his home in Kanagawa. With our help, we found him a new position where his salary increased and his commuting time reduced significantly, allowing him to walk to work in just 15 minutes.
Not only was he happy but his children and his wife were too. They now have more time to be together and he has more energy to give them. Stories like these make our hard work worthwhile.
