Welcome to WSA Women's Association

Greeting
Kerry Clark, Chair Person of WSA Women's AssociationIt's an exciting time to be a young, professional female in Japan as women's roles in the workplace are evolving. The corporate climate is changing and more women are realizing and fulfilling their potential as key players to drive the workforce of Japan forward.
I am grateful to have been in contact with many successful women through my work at WSA and we hope to connect more women who can share experiences and draw inspiration one another. We aim to operate our Women's Association with the overriding themes of inclusiveness and leadership in all our activities.
Since our establishment at the beginning of 2007 we have learned and acheived a lot, but the WSAWA is still young and evolving and we welcome you to share ideas and actively participate to ensure the successful development of this worthwhile organization.
About Us

Our Women’s Association was first founded in January of 2007, by female sales staff at Wall Street Associates. The initial vision was to help promote a more diverse leadership pool within our firm, specifically aiming for more women to be in Management positions.
Now, during our second year, we have broadened participation and scope, both inside and outside of Wall Street Associates. Through various events and activities, we hope to provide a forum for people who wish to actively promote female leadership in Japan.
The participants have included those who are already successful female leaders, who have the potential, or who understand the importance of greater female involvement at senior levels of business. We welcome people from various industries, backgrounds, and nationalities, and hope we can come together to unite, promote and inspire a new generation of women leaders.
