Training System
Training and the continual drive for self improvement are what will turn you into a successful WSA consultant. We place great emphasis on educating our staff to become industry experts. You will be given a full course of induction training that is backed by constant on-the-job training and professional skills seminars run by your managers and colleagues. Once you are a member of a WSA sales team, you will be expected to contribute your knowledge and experience in training your new colleagues too.
